Without any confirmation from ImClone CEO Carl Icahn as yet, the mystery pharmaceutical ‘romancing’ ImClone Systems Inc is likely Eli Lilly & Co, according to the Wall Street Journal, citing an unidentified source. Icahn stated a large drugmaker has completed due diligence, and is continuing to negotiate a formal proposal to buy the biotechnology company at $ 70 per share. Further details.
