Eisai Co.and Arena Pharmaceuticals Inc. closed a deal to sell experimental drug Lorcaserin, indicated to treat obesity. The deal was closed for $140 million. The drug will be reviewed by an advisory panel on September and will make a decision whether or not to approve it on October.
