Ortho-McNeil Neurologics, a division of Ortho-McNeil-Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., in turn a Johnson & Johnson (J&J) unit, announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has granted pediatric exclusivity for its epilepsy treatment Topamax (topiramate).
