Cipla Ltd. announced presentation in India of a generic version of German Bayer AF and U.S. Onyx Biopharmaceuticlas Inc., indicated to treat advanced liver and renal cancer.

The drug, was originally approved by the FDA on 2005 and made 847 million dollars during 2009.

According to information, the Nexavar generic version cost will be 630 dollars per month, compared to 1.800 dollars currently paid by Indian´s patients.
