Intercell AG Expects FDA Approval for Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine by 2009

Austrian biotechnology company Intercell AG announced that they are expecting that the Food and Drug Administration will clear by early 2009, marketing approval for its Japanese Encephalitis vaccine, Ixiaro.

Austrian biotechnology company Intercell AG announced that they are expecting that the Food and Drug Administration will clear by early 2009, marketing approval for its Japanese Encephalitis vaccine, Ixiaro.

The experimental vaccine had approval date by the end of this year, although delay does not complicate its future.

The company also informed that Phase II of it specialty for pseudomonas IC43 has already begun.
